The vine and the branches....

Today I read this verse: " I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce fruit that will last, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name." John 15:16

I thought how important it is to be connected with the vine to produce fruit that will last. Jesus is the vine that holds the branches and enable it to bear fruit. God wants us to bear fruit so we need to be connected to the branch.

Then I looked at the window and saw many trees with branches but don't have leaves, I realized that it is not nice to see a tree without leaves...

I reflected on that in the word that I read ...it is not good for a follower of Christ not to bear fruit.
